Words on Parenting Wednesday is a weekly post series on the subject of parenting. I’ll talk about any adventures we have with our girls to motherhood experiences to fun and games for children to featuring mommy bloggers.
Today I am guest posting on Kaitlin’s blog at An Apple Per Day. She guest posted on my blog couple weeks ago on why now is a perfect time for swimming lessons. I’m sharing about how my girls love play pretend as a little chef in their play kitchen. You can check out my guest post on her website here.
What do you think of this play kitchen area in my girls’ room? If your children love to play with food, tea sets, or kitchens, I know they would love this play area.
What a fun little kitchen! I love make-believe play. So great to encourage kids to be imaginative.
My girls love Minnie Mouse, so why not a Minnie Mouse kitchen, right? It’s cute and pink. There is even a Mickey Mouse cookie in the oven on a cookie sheet.
I love this! When I was little we had a whole kitchen and I could spend hours playing in it. I am looking forward to starting one for my daughter. I love the imagination! Stopping by from Hump Day Happenings!
I loved playing in a play kitchen as well when I was little. It was so much fun. As my girls (3 and 20 months) are getting older, it’s getting more and more fun to do different things with them and to introduce things that I used to do when I was little.
What a cute little kitchen! Thanks so much for linking up with us at Mommy Needs a Timeout Thursday! See you this week! We party at 8 pm EST on Wednesday!
