Breakfast with Special K Nourish Cereal

What do you start out your morning with to help fuel you throughout the day?

One of my favorite ways to start the day is with a bowl of cereal with fruit on top. I’ve tried several different kinds of cereal. Some were just okay. I’ll finish those boxes since I bought it, but I definitely wasn’t going to buy it again.

Special K cereal is definitely my #1 pick when it comes to cereal. I’ve tried the Special K Fruit & Yogurt cereal and the Special K Nourish Apple Raspberry Almond cereal. So when I was picking out a new cereal for myself at Target, I saw that they had a new flavor, the Special K Nourish Berries & Peaches. When I saw the cereal, I knew I wanted to try it.

One morning I decided to have cereal to start my day, so I poured the Special K Nourish Berries & Peaches into my bowl. I added some fresh fruit on top and poured my milk. As I started eating the cereal, I instantly loved it. I loved all the flavors together in the cereal. The berries and peaches were a perfect combination plus their were yogurt pieces in the cereal.

Not only does the Special K Nourish Berries & Peaches taste good, it is made with probiotics and is a good source of fiber with 12 grams of whole grains.

Have you had any Special K cereals? Have you tried the Special K Nourish Berries & Peaches cereal yet?

If not, you definitely should! I know you’ll love it as much as I did. You can buy it at your local Target or grocery store.

This post is part of a post series called Meals in the Kitchenwhich is on the subject of food. I’ll talk about my love for food to sharing recipes that I love cooking to food tips.
