Meal Monday is a weekly post series on the subject of food. I’ll talk about my love for food to sharing recipes that I love cooking to food tips.
Do you need a fun idea for your kids’ lunch? I have a simple lunch idea for you. All you need is flat bread, meat, and cheese. You can use different meat and cheese each time.
Meat and cheese kabobs are very fun to eat. My girls, Katie and Sophia, loved eating the kabobs. I placed deli turkey meat and cheddar cheese on top of flat bread. Katie’s kabobs also had pepperoni on top of the turkey. I melted the cheese and then cut the flat bread into bite size pieces.
Here is my recipe for meat and cheese kabobs.
