Who loves nachos? What are your favorite kind?
I am a big fan of nachos – any type of Mexican actually. When I was pregnant with my girls, nachos were one of the foods I craved.
One of my favorite nachos are sweet pepper nachos. You can bake them in your oven or in a toaster oven. I either use halved sweet peppers or thick sliced peppers.
You can make these sweet pepper nachos as a snack or a meal. They taste great with ground pork, shredded cheddar cheese, and your favorite nacho toppings.
Below is my recipe for sweet pepper nachos.

Don’t these nachos look so good?!?! Hope you enjoy these sweet peppers as much as I do!

They are so good! They definitely have lots of flavor. The sweet peppers have an extra sweet flavor to them after being baked, which makes the nachos taste even better.
