Are you thinking Spring yet? Are you all cozy on your couch waiting for Spring to come? I can’t wait for it to come. I’m ready for warmer weather. No more cold and snow.
Since I’m thinking of Spring, I was inspired to create a mood board with a Spring and modern theme. I created a Modani mood board couple years ago. It was a lot of fun creating one and I wanted to make another.
I created a mood board from items for a living room space from Dot & Bo’s website. I created a post before of items that were on my wishlist at Dot & Bo.
I started with a dark grey couch and light gray chair. As far as color, I used gray, gold, and a pop of blue and little yellow. I added a modern coffee table and end tables. I love the geometric shape of the coffee table and end table on the right. To go with the geometric shapes, I added the square light and the triangle shaped lamp. I added a different shaped decorative plate on the coffee table along with a round orb sphere and teal vases on the geometric shaped end table. To give more of the Spring look, I added several flower pillows and artworks. I love the overall picture and several items I would definitely love to have in my own home.
Check out below a close up of the items from Dot & Bo I chose for my mood board. Click each picture to follow each link.
Which item(s) do you like the best? If you could, which one would you like to have in your own home?
This post is part of a post series called For the Home, which is on the subject of home. I’ll talk about any remodeling/decorating of my house to tips to help you get your house organized to decorating tips to featuring home bloggers.
