What’s in your makeup bag?

I’ve seen posts written about what’s inside someone’s purse. Those posts can be really fun. I thought I would do something like that. Except with my makeup bag.

So what is in my makeup bag?

Makeup Bag

I’m going to start off with my makeup bag. I have an Estee Lauder makeup bag that is black with gold details. I got this bag for Christmas couple years ago. I love this makeup bag and it has plenty of space to store my makeup.

My makeup bag is filled with makeup from e.l.f. cosmetics. I love their variety of makeup plus the price is great. I don’t like to break the bank (so to speak) when I’m purchasing makeup.

Eye Concealer

I use e.l.f.’s HD lifting concealer, which is perfect to cover up any dark circles under my eyes. It’s especially helpful on those nights that I don’t get enough sleep.

Foundation

I use e.l.f.’s oil free flawless foundation. The foundation has SPF 15 sunscreen inside. You never know when you’re going to be exposed to sun. The last thing you want is a sunburn on your face.

Eyebrows

I use e.l.f.’s eyebrow kit and use only the color powder on the right side. I use a little bit of the eye color powder to fill in my eyebrows. Plus of course I have an eyebrow tweezer in my makeup bag for when I need it.

Blush

I use e.l.f.’s blush and Mellow Mauve is my favorite color to add to my cheeks.

Brush

I use e.l.f.’s brush to apply my blush on my cheeks. I didn’t notice before that I actually bought a foundation brush. So I’ll have to buy this powder brush.

Face Powder

I use e.l.f.’s prime and finish powder on my face. The powder gives my face a nice smooth finish feel.

Mascara

I use e.l.f.’s waterproof lengthening and volumizing mascara. I love that the mascara helps lengthens and volumizes my eyelashes. I buy waterproof, because I don’t want to have runny mascara. It would be a total mess.

Eyeshadow

I love to use e.l.f.’s flawless eyeshadow, which comes with four different shades of color. I’ve tries several of their color collections. In my makeup bag currently, I have the Blushing Beauty set. I really loved this set, but of course my eye shadow fell. The blush color broke and is now all gone. So now I’m using the other three colors for my eyes. I’ve also tried Tantalizing Taupe and Golden Goddess.

I want to get their Need It Nude eyeshadow palette, which is currently on sale for only $4. e.l.f. cosmetics currently has two new palettes. Lipsticks

I have two different shades of e.l.f.’s velvet matte lipsticks. I have the Flirty Flamingo and Bold Berry colors. I love both color shades and I’ll alternate between the two. My lipsticks are technically kept in my purse in a smaller bag for my lipsticks and chapsticks.
