We are in the process of updating our office. We want to have a photography theme for the office. We chose this theme since my husband is a photographer. You can check out some of his work here.

The office was originally painted a sea green color when we bought the house couple years ago. I didn’t mind the color at first, but now that I see it every day, I’m getting tired of seeing the color. I want the office to look more modern. We will repaint the office a gray color possibly this summer.

We are in the process of finding new decor and furniture for the office. We are looking for couple chairs for the office, because the ones we have aren’t very stable plus one of our cats clawed them up before we got her declawed.

Last week for my husband’s birthday, he received a piece of artwork for our office. It is a picture of an vintage camera. The artwork is from Zulily. It works well together with the camera decor we bought from Gordmans.

The camera artwork looks great in black and white. I love this artwork in our office. We are a step in the right direction to how we want the office to look.

Here is a closer view of the artwork.

  1. I love this artwork! It looks awesome. It’s so important to organize your office space, definitely helps in organizing your thoughts. I would probably feel the same way about the sea green. I keep the walls a natural color. Makes it easier to decorate and I don’t mind looking at it everyday!

  2. Thank you for sharing this post at City of Creative Dream’s City of Links on Friday! I appreciate you taking the time to party with me. Hope to see you again this week 🙂
