Do you need a healthy idea for breakfast? I have an idea for you. Plus it’s easy to make.
The taste of avocado and eggs is perfect. I love eating over easy eggs with sliced avocados underneath. So I thought, why not add the two on top of a slice of toast? I smashed avocado on top of the toast and added a sliced boiled egg. So good!
If you want to change it up, add sliced tomatoes on top of the toast instead of the eggs. They both taste really good.
Here is my recipe for egg and avocado toast.
Egg and Avocado Toast
Serving size: 1
slice of toast
1/4 avocado, smashed
1 boiled egg, sliced
sprinkle of salt
sprinkle of pepper
1. Place slice of bread in the toaster.
2. Place toast on plate.
3. Smash avocado; spread on toast.
4. Slice boiled egg; place on toast.
5. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of eggs.
