Is it time that you upgrade your eyewear? Do you remember the last time you bought a new pair of glasses or sunglasses?
Me – it’s been awhile. I believe I bought my pair of glasses almost 10 years ago. I don’t wear mine as much since I wear contacts. To be honest, I dislike, maybe even hate, my old glasses. They aren’t my style anymore and they don’t feel comfortable. My glasses just aren’t me.
When you are looking for a new pair of glasses, where do you go? Well, I got a place for you – Warby Parker.
“Warby Parker was founded with a rebellious spirit and a lofty objective: to offer designer eyewear at a revolutionary price, while leading the way for socially conscious businesses.”
Warby Parker was created as an alternative and they believe that everyone has the right to see. That is one reason why they decided to partner with non-profits, such as VisionSpring, to ensure that every pair of glasses sold was sent to someone in need. You can check out more of their history here.
They have worked on a new collection of eyewear just for you. And I’m proud to announce their new collection.
Warby Parker’s inspiration for their new collection, Archive Edition, is from the past. They are using the past to create something new. The Archive Edition blends their favorite vintage designs with modern looks. They created seven new color combinations by using different styles.
I love the retro look of the eyewear – plus at the same time the glasses are modern. I love the combinations of the different shades of tortoise with other colors. Since the top rim of the glasses is thicker, I believe it gives the glasses an extra pop in the overall look.
Which pair of glasses caught your eye from this Archive collection? Would you like to try one out?
If you’re not completely sure which pair of glasses you want, Warby Parker has many retail locations across the United States and in Canada. Plus Warby Parker offers a home try-on service and it’s really easy to use. Did I forget to mention it’s free?! All you have to do is pick 5 frames to try out for 5 days. Pick the one you want and they will ship you a new pair. Return the 5 frames in the prepaid box and you’re done.
