Today is Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving to all of my readers!
Today is a day to be thankful and to spend time with your family.
What are you thankful for?
I’m thankful for my husband and girls. I am thankful for the time that I get to spend with them. It is easy for days, weeks, and months to go by. Each day is precious. I am thankful for each day – no matter how tough it may be. At the end of the day, we are a family and we can’t take life for granted.
Every now and then, I love to look back at pictures from the past months and years. I love seeing the memories we’ve had as a family. Or even how little my girls used to be. It’s crazy how fast they are growing. They are changing more and more each day. This is why I want to cherish each day and each memory with my husband and girls.
While I was looking at photos, I saw all the pictures we’ve had as a family this past summer and fall.
In June, my husband, my youngest daughter, Elizabeth, and I went to Denver, CO. While my husband was at a business conference, Elizabeth and I got to have some special bonding time together.
At the end of June, we went to Medora, ND to do some exploring and watch the Medora musical. Medora is a great place to see Teddy Roosevelt and even buffalo and other animals in the National Park.
In August, we got to see the solar eclipse. We made our own solar glasses. It was a fun experience as a family.
In September, we took a vacation to the cities in Minneapolis. I took my girls on a special date at the American Girl Bistro with their dolls. Of course, Elizabeth had to get her own American Girl doll.
What are you thankful for on this Thanksgiving day? I hope everyone enjoys their time with their family!
